this past weekend i ventured down to the twin cities. the hubby had a man weekend up north, so i decided, hey, you should have a girl weekend. so i did. i headed to the twin cities after work on friday and was excited to hang with some ladies that i haven't seen in a while. i also got some tickets to the u of m football game, and it was grandma and grandpa's 80th birthday party! what a great weekend it turned out to be, enjoy!

oh... and.. I GOT A TATTOO!!! i have been wanting to get a tattoo for the longest time, and finally decided it was time. so my good friend amy and i went together. i bit the bullet, did some research, and finally got inked. i mean i wasn't going to go to just some jinky old tattoo parlor, my momma and pappa didn't raise me that way! i decided to go with "so are you to me" in my husband's handwriting. it is one of my favorite songs and was our unity candle song from our wedding. my friend amy got "seek first" in hebrew after one of her favorite verses in matthew. so enjoy some pictures from our adventure...
