my new go-to hair do. its basically a flip ponytail, and then pinning the hair into the flip.

great news, my foot isn't broken! hence the no boot. i am so happy that i don't have to wear that darn boot for 5 more weeks, i don't know what i would have done. 

plaid is an easy dress up or dress down option. i mean really, if you think about it, has plaid ever gone out of style? its a classic that can always be worn. i could probably even pair it with a skirt and dress it up as well. i love it. being in the northland people appreciate plaid, and flannel like a fine cuisine. so, here's to paul bunyan land and many more plaid/flannel photos to come.

this is my girl. one of my favorite things about her is that she always has to be laying on something, and one of her favorite items to lay on is our clothes. if there is a pile of clothes on the floor, she will make that her bed and sleep away. isn't she cute?
